Our client is looking for both a CTO and Senior developer to lead 5+ developers and manage growth of the application.
Working at an exciting social start-up based in London, successful applicants must have at least 2 years of commercial Rails experience and be well versed in BDD. It is also vital for applicants to have a good understanding of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies and have extensive experience implementing such methods.
Development of the site is coming to a close and it will be handed over to a new team who will enable the application to evolve and grow.
This will be technically challenging but a fantastic working environment for the right individuals to get on board at the early stage of a project that will be massive
Required Skills:
- Ruby on Rails
- Cucumber/Rspec
- Agile development experience (XP/Scrum)

Salary:
£100k+ for CTO
£60k – £80k for Senior Developer
