Our client is looking for a Ruby on Rails developer with some commercial Rails experience and good communication skills.
The job is working in a highly profitable and fast expanding organisation operating within the social networking arena. You will be working in fun, friendly offices in the lovely town of Windsor, only a short commute from central London.
The successful applicant will be working in an agile team that use Scrum and Kanban to improve as a collective. Working on new and existing Rails projects, the successful applicant will also be encouraged to contribute with their own ideas.
Since the client is a contributor to the Rails community, it is important that applicants are passionate about the technology and willing to learn.

Salary: up to £40,000
