Our client is looking for an experienced senior developer with at least 2 years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience.
Working in a friendly team operating in the property sector, this is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual who will take initiative and contribute ideas that will help evolve the business.
The job is based in central London with a technology dependent start-up that has been in successful operation for the last 2 years. The successful applicant will be a very intelligent software developer who will work on internal systems, analytical technology and the company’s website.
Applicants must be able to take ownership of new projects from conception through to completion, maintain existing standards of the analytical system and advance them where possible. You will also play a key role in the advancement of the website and integration with back-end systems.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and an outstanding academic record with 1st class honours, masters or a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

- Excellent software architecture and design skills, OOP/OOAD
- Agile development experience (XP / Scrum)
- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) experience

Salary: Up to 50k for the right candidate.
