The client has a number of apps that they want to streamline and consolidate so that they are easier to maintain going forward.

The job is very much hands-on, but you will also be working with two junior developers to help improve test reliability, port apps to rails 3, and build some new features.

You will also be expected to help with some server setup and and deployment procedures, so any sysadmin/devops experience would be useful.
